Shipping Policy & Methods
We ship all orders via BOX NOW within Greece and Cyprus.
Any delivery costs paid by you as the customer will be as stated at checkout and itemized on your order invoice. Our customer service operates Monday through Friday between 10:00 – 14:00.
We make every effort to fulfill your order for the product(s) listed in the Shipping Confirmation by the delivery date set forth in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated timeframe displayed when selecting your payment method, and in any event, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason we fail to meet the delivery date, we will inform you accordingly and offer you the option either to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date from our side, or to cancel the order with a full refund.
Please note, however, that the delivery schedule is determined in accordance with the respective courier company. For the purposes of these Terms, "delivery" shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products, which shall be evidenced by the method specified by the carrier to confirm receipt.
Failure to Deliver
If, after the lapse of 30 days from the moment your order is available for delivery, the said order has not yet been delivered for reasons not attributable to our fault, we will assume that you wish to cancel the Contract and the Contract shall be deemed terminated.
As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will refund the payment received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional delivery costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the standard one offered by us) as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which the Contract is terminated.
Please note, however, that the shipping costs incurred due to the termination of the Contract may be higher, and we are entitled to charge you for such costs.
In-Store Pickup
You always have the option to place your order and pick it up (by scheduled appointment) from the Dreamer’s Den physical store at the following address: 31 Skamvonidon St., Kato Petralona, Athens, P.C. 118 53, Greece.
Payment Methods
Purchase without Registration – As a Guest
Purchases without registration "as a guest" are permitted. This method of purchase requires only the necessary information to process your order.
Once the purchase process is completed, you will be given the option to register as a member or continue as a non-registered member.

It is mandatory to include your order number in the payment reference/reason field and to attach the proof of payment in an email to info.dreamersden@gmail.com; otherwise, the shipment of your order will not be possible.
Any bank transfer fees/commissions shall be borne exclusively by you; otherwise, a refund will be issued and the order will not be shipped.
If the deposit is not made within 48 hours, the order will be canceled and the product will be released.
Price & Payment
The price of each product shall be as stipulated on our website, except in cases of obvious error.
If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the corrected, correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you within 3 business days, the order will be canceled and the amount you have paid will be refunded to you.
We are under no obligation to provide any product to you at an incorrect lower price or at a higher price, even if a shipping confirmation has been issued.
The prices in the Dreamer’s Den online store are final and include V.A.T. (subject to applicable laws and legislation), excluding shipping costs, which are added to the total price.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time, as we deem appropriate and at our sole discretion. Price changes will not affect orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.
Once you have added the products you wish to purchase to your cart, you follow the steps of the process, filling in and verifying the necessary information requested in order to pay and complete your purchase.
