Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info.dreamersden@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Dreamer’s Den is committed to exchanging or refunding your money for any product that does not meet your expectations—provided it is returned in good condition within 14 days of actual receipt (this accounts for any delays on our part in shipping your order). If for any reason this is not possible, please inform us in a timely manner.

To return a product, ideally contact our customer service via email, preferably using the contact email at the bottom of the website, stating your order reference number—returns must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. Any delay arising from this communication process on our part will be taken into account and the deadline will be extended accordingly.

Please ensure that your returns to us are made using the original packaging in which they were received, with all original labels remaining attached, to the following address: 31 Skamvonidon St., Kato Petralona, Athens, P.C. 118 53, Greece.

For returns, the shipping costs and any related return fees shall be borne by you. If a product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. If an item is exchanged for another size or product, we may not be able to pay for a second outbound shipment if the first one was covered by a minimum spend threshold.

In the event that the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the return will not be accepted, the product will be sent back to the customer, and the shipping costs will be borne by them.

Please ensure that any returns are sent with your order number and name—both clearly included as the minimum required information—ideally, this can also be written on the outside of the packaging. Preferably, send us an email with these details, using the contact email at the bottom of the website, stating your order reference number.
We bear no responsibility for any customs charges incurred during the return of any item—which should be zero, as this is a valid return and should not be subject to any tax. Therefore, if the paperwork has been completed correctly, any such charges wrongly charged or incurred will be deducted from your refund amount. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items that smell of washing powder or perfume, or appear to have been worn or used, or have had their tags removed or missing, are non-returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items purchased as 'clearance items' (defined as priced at less than one-third of their original price) cannot be returned—their sale is final. If items are purchased under a promotional offer that features tiered discount levels (depending on the total amount spent), returns may alter the discount level you are now eligible for. However, we may allow exchanges for other items, in which case the value and discount percentage can be maintained. Depending on your location (and therefore the direct costs we will incur), the cost of redelivering replacement items at a deeply discounted price may, in some cases, need to be paid by you, the customer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info.dreamersden@gmail.com.
No refund will be issued if the product has been used or opened, if the product is not in the same condition as delivered, or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you must take due care of the products while they are in your possession.
